At Glowe Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or encounter an issue, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
Customers based in the European Union and the United Kingdom benefit from a 14-day legal right of withdrawal.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, manuals) and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customized or made-to-order items are excluded, unless faulty or non-conforming.

2. International Returns (Outside EU & UK)
For customers outside the EU and UK (United States, Canada, Switzerland, and other countries), Glowe Studio voluntarily offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions are the same as above (original condition, complete, proof of purchase).

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except if the item is defective or incorrect.

This policy is a commercial gesture and does not affect your local statutory rights.
3. Return Process

Contact our customer service to notify us of your intention to return an item.

We will provide you with detailed instructions, return address and, if necessary, a return authorization number.

Carefully package the product and send it to the address provided.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or non-conforming.
4. Refunds

Refunds include:

the price of the returned item(s);

standard delivery costs (if applicable, EU & UK customers only).

Express or premium delivery options are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible, depending on stock availability.
If the desired item is no longer available, we will proceed with a refund.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.

We will arrange either a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Lost or Stolen Parcels
In the event of a confirmed loss or theft during delivery, you may choose between:
