La finition or de cet aluminium réagit à chaque source lumineuse et anime le mur même lorsque l’applique est éteinte. Le corps mesure 12 cm de large pour 10 cm de haut, un volume trapu qui contient l’effet brillant. Une applique murale dorée suffit souvent à réchauffer une pièce dominée par le gris ou le blanc.
Le culot G9 reçoit une ampoule LED de 8 W maximum, à prévoir séparément. En 4000K, le blanc froid tranche avec la chaleur du doré et produit une lumière franche, sans effet jaune. L’intensité n’est pas modulable depuis le luminaire : elle dépend de l’ampoule installée.
Ce format convient à un couloir, une entrée ou un mur de séjour, en pièce unique ou par paire. La classification IP20 et l’alimentation 220-240 V la destinent aux espaces intérieurs secs. Les vis et chevilles ne sont pas comprises.
