REDU se présente comme un profilé d'aluminium de 6,5 cm de large, dressé sur 120 cm de hauteur et habillé d'une finition dorée. Le métal, léger et rigide, permet cette silhouette très fine sans épaisseur superflue. Parmi les formats d'applique murale, cette barre verticale se lit d'abord comme un trait dessiné sur la cloison.
La LED est intégrée et livrée avec le luminaire, avec une puissance pouvant atteindre 20W. Le faisceau se répartit sur toute la longueur du profilé et couvre une distance de 3 à 10 mètres. L'intensité reste fixe, sans variation possible depuis le luminaire.
Cette verticale dorée accompagne bien une porte, un miroir ou l'angle d'un couloir, où elle souligne la hauteur sous plafond. Le doré réchauffe les murs gris ou blancs et s'accorde aux poignées et aux finitions métalliques de même teinte. La protection IP20 la réserve aux espaces secs.
