La teinte rouge ocre habille ici un tube en aluminium de 8 x 16 cm, équipé de sa propre commande. Ce brun-rouge minéral rappelle les enduits à la chaux teintés et se marie aux tons naturels. Choisir une applique murale déjà pourvue d’un interrupteur évite d’avoir à tirer une nouvelle ligne commandée.
Le luminaire accueille une ampoule LED GU10 de 10 W maximum, à prévoir séparément. Le jaune chaud de 3000K prolonge la chaleur du coloris et donne à la lumière un rendu presque cuivré sur le mur. La portée de 3 à 10 mètres reste celle d’un éclairage d’appoint.
Dans une chambre, elle remplace une lampe posée et libère la surface de la table de nuit. L’indice IP20 correspond à un usage intérieur en ambiance sèche, sur un réseau 220-240 V. Le support mesure 8 cm et la visserie reste à choisir selon la nature du mur.
