Cette applique murale mesure 17 cm de large pour 30 cm de haut, une proportion élancée qui accroche le regard. Le métal doré et le verre se répondent, l'un réfléchit, l'autre laisse passer.
Le culot E27 attend une ampoule LED, non fournie, en blanc chaud 3000K pour rester dans l'esprit du modèle. La puissance de 5W et la portée de 3 à 5 mètres en font une source d'ambiance plutôt qu'un éclairage général. Le verre adoucit le faisceau et limite l'éblouissement direct.
Au-dessus d'une tête de lit, elle remplace la lampe de chevet et libère la table de nuit. Dans un couloir ou une salle à manger, la teinte dorée réchauffe les murs neutres. Son registre vintage s'accommode d'un intérieur chiné comme d'un décor contemporain très sobre.
