DONU wall sconce: an 80 cm gold curve
The gold aluminium of this wall sconce bends into an arc 80 cm high by 13 cm wide. The light metal allows this long curve without thickening the profile. The matt gold finish accompanies the movement of the design rather than underlining it.
The supplied G9 LED source comes down to a low glow thanks to the adjustable brightness, in warm white 3000K or cool white 4000K. Its 13 W lights three to five metres, enough for reading in bed or for the end of an evening. The IP65 rating shields the body from damp.
Placed on either side of a bedside, the curve frames the bed and lengthens the wall. In a living room, it plays the part of a lit sculpture between two zones. The mount takes exactly the dimensions of the body and never extends beyond the design.
