NALE: tinted glass with adjustable intensity
The NALE rests on a tinted glass in which grey and orange are layered in gradations. At 25 cm by 25 cm, it stands among the boldest wall sconces, closer to a design object. The tint of the glass changes the colour of the halo cast on the wall.
Its 5 W LED is supplied and its intensity can be adjusted, from simple wayfinding to an extra source of light. The two available temperatures, 3000 K and 4000 K, widen the field of use further. The reach extends from 3 to 10 metres, at a voltage of 110 to 240 V.
In a stairwell, the IP65 rating and the intensity control make it possible to keep a low light at night. Along a hallway, two of them are enough to cover the distance. In a dining room, the warm version turned down sets the mood at the end of a meal.
