GEHU, the black and gold contrast of the Art deco spirit: warm light right into the bathroom
The matte black aluminium body of this wall sconce opens onto gold details that take up the Art deco vocabulary: clean lines, deliberate symmetry, precious metal. The 40 cm bar stays slim, barely 5 cm, and sits horizontally above a mirror just as well as vertically alongside a door.
Two G4 LED sources, supplied, put out 8 W in total in a warm white 3000 K tone. The acrylic diffuser softens the beam and removes the glare spots as you walk past. The range of 3 to 5 metres is enough to bathe a hallway, a stairwell or a corner of a dining room.
The IP44 rating allows fitting in a bathroom, away from direct splashes, where damp rules out many lights. Elsewhere, the same bar finds its place above a headboard, in a kitchen or either side of a living room sideboard. The 10 cm base ensures a stable fixing, on 110-240 V.
