HETEME wall sconce: the Art deco spirit on the wall
Glass and aluminium share a slender silhouette 35 cm long by 10 cm wide, where the gold underlines the black. This wall sconce takes up the Art deco taste for sharp contrasts and for materials that catch the light. The 10 cm by 5 cm backplate stays slim and follows the line of the body.
The 5 W G9 LED bulb is supplied and gives a warm white at 3000 K, with a range of 3 to 5 metres. The glass tempers the source and turns the beam into an amber glow along the wall. With no brightness setting, the light keeps the same character every time it is switched on.
Either side of a headboard, the pair frees up the bedside tables and puts the light at reading height. On a staircase, fitting them halfway up lights the steps and brings life to an often bare stairwell. The mix of gold brass and glass suits a dark hallway as well as a vintage dining room.
