LOMIMUK: black facets for a graphic wall
The same cut volume, treated the other way round: the steel is lacquered black here, which deepens every edge and turns the piece into a small 25 cm wall sculpture. The facets catch natural light and change value depending on the viewing angle. A dark wall sconce asserts itself more on a pale wall and becomes a deliberate focal point.
Two G9 bulbs of 8 W maximum give out a natural white of 3000 K towards the ceiling and towards the floor. The contrast between the dark body and the two cones of light heightens the graphic effect. The bulbs are to be chosen separately according to the result you are after.
Black goes with wood, brushed metal and the deep shades of contemporary interiors. Its 8 cm width allows several units in a row along a hallway without any sense of clutter. Like the other finishes in this format, it is fitted in dry interiors, at 220-240 V.
