PUPE wall sconce: a stylised flame in matt black
30 cm long and 10 cm wide, this fitting takes up the silhouette of a candle by combining black metal and acrylic. The 10 cm plate holds it as close to the wall as the slimmest wall sconces. The matt black absorbs the ambient light and highlights the single point of light.
The integrated LED produces a warm white 3000K that recalls the shade of a flame and carries up to ten metres. The elongated diffuser gives a continuous glow rather than a bright point. The effect stays hushed, suited to the quiet moments of an evening.
The mix of Scandinavian spirit and contemporary design goes with white walls as well as dark woodwork. The IP65 rating opens up ventilated wet rooms and covered entrances. Grouped at three different heights, it composes a graphic wall of light.
