REZE, a deep burgundy in sculpted resin: character on the wall
REZE takes up the silhouette of a biscuit with wavy edges, cast in a dense resin whose burgundy tone leans towards dark red. This saturated colour gives the object an immediate presence, where wall sconces often go unnoticed by day. The matt material absorbs reflections and brings out the depth of the modelling.
Once lit, two warm white 3000K G9 bulbs soften the red and lay a muted light on the partition. The result stays free of glare and comfortably covers an area of 3 to 10 metres. Running on 220-240V, each source accepts up to 8W in LED.
Against a beige wall, a cream render or an off-white background, the burgundy works as a controlled touch of colour. It suits a bedside position, a bookcase or the far end of a dining room to underline a stretch of wall. Its 34 cm height stays contained, which makes it easy to fit in a pair without saturating the space.
