ZEREN wall sconce: a coloured wall spot to aim
Made entirely of metal, this compact fitting measures 10.3 cm in diameter and 12 cm high, mounted on an 8 cm bracket. Its green, red and beige finishes stand out against the usual monochrome wall sconces. The cylinder pivots on its arm to direct the light where it is useful.
The integrated LED lights in warm white 3000K over a reach of three to five metres. Aimed downwards it works as a reading light; turned towards the wall it creates a soft halo. The metal body stays sober to let the colour speak.
Its small size makes it an obvious candidate for a bedside, where it frees up the night table. It also works in pairs above a dining room sideboard or a sofa. The IP20 rating keeps it in dry rooms.
