TAHEVE: a small volume for an assertive light
Acrylic and metal combine in a housing 15.4 cm wide by 10 cm high, offered in white or in red. This reduced scale and these bold colours give the fitting an almost graphic look. Few wall sconces concentrate so much character in such a small format.
The LED source is supplied and gives out a warm white at 3000 K, over a reach of 3 to 5 metres. The acrylic diffuser spreads the beam and avoids an overly marked spot effect despite the contained size. This is accent lighting, meant to punctuate a wall rather than to treat a whole room.
Between industrial codes and art deco geometry, it works on its own as well as in a regular row along a wall. Red creates an immediate contrast on a neutral background, white plays it discreet. A 90-260 V supply and IP20 rating: use in a dry room.
