KUKERUS: coloured glass at the end of a rod
This wall sconce combines a coloured glass bowl, a metal mount and an acrylic diffuser. The glass comes in yellow, green or clear, on a black structure. Two versions exist: a 22 cm disc fixed to the wall, or the same disc hung from a vertical rod adjustable up to one metre.
The E27 cap takes a 7 W LED bulb, supplied, in cool white at 4000 K, over a reach of 3 to 5 metres. The tint of the glass colours the beam and settles on the wall around the lamp. The brightness cannot be adjusted.
This designer choice suits a dining room, where the rod version comes down towards the table, as much as a living room. The colour of the glass sets the tone: green soothes, yellow warms. The IP20 rating makes it for dry rooms.
