BATETU: sculpted resin in the art deco spirit
Resin allows a relief work here that few materials permit, with beige or grey finishes that recall polished stone. The format of 23.5 cm wide by 29.5 cm high gives volume without overwhelming the wall. These wall sconces borrow from art deco its taste for pattern and controlled curves.
The brightness adjusts, from a discreet halo to a full light, depending on the time of day. The E14 cap accepts an LED source, to be planned separately, in warm white at 3000 K or cool white at 4000 K. The reach of 3 to 5 metres matches ambient or accent lighting.
The relief of the resin catches the raking light and creates soft shadows that bring the wall alive. Between art deco, modern and Scandinavian, it finds its place in a smart entrance as well as in a bedroom. A 220-240 V supply and IP20 rating for use in a dry room.
