PETIBAL: a geometric outline that draws the light on the wall
Black or white lacquered metal here structures a geometric pattern that reads first as a graphic object, even before it is switched on. The sharp edges and the matt finish absorb reflections, which leaves all the room to the drawing. It is a contemporary take on wall sconces, closer to a line than to a classic light fitting.
Designed for a 3 to 6 W LED source in warm white 3000 K, it reaches 3 to 5 metres and works mainly with grazing light. The beam picks out the texture of the paint or the wallpaper and produces a very marked wall effect. As a bedroom accent or above a worktop, the intensity stays measured.
Three formats exist, from the most stretched at 30 × 16 cm to the most compact at 24 × 24 cm, with a depth of between 4.5 and 8 cm. This shallow projection means it can be fitted in a narrow hallway without getting in the way. The IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry rooms: living room, office, dining room.
