KITA: a line of stone and acrylic 55 cm long
At 55 cm long by 3 cm wide, this wall sconce is more of a stroke than a volume. The acrylic spreads the light along the whole length, the stone brings a mineral material that is rare on this type of fitting. The beige and yellow shades stay soft and melt into a pale wall.
The G9 cap bulbs are supplied and offer a warm white or a cool white, with a reach that can extend to ten metres. The light runs along the bar rather than starting from a single point, which limits marked shadow areas.
This elongated format works well alongside a hallway, a mirror or a staircase, horizontally as well as vertically. The designer, minimalist and modern register steps back in favour of the light. Designed at IP20, it installs in dry rooms.
