GINUTOS: a dual LED beam to give your walls rhythm
Cut from aluminium and metal, this sconce plays the clean-line card: a compact body measuring 20 cm by 24 cm, a finish available in blue, grey, red or black, and nothing superfluous around it. This minimalist vocabulary, very close to the Scandinavian spirit, lets it sit just as well above a console table as along a hallway. It naturally joins the family of wall sconces designed to structure a wall without cluttering it.
The two integrated LED sources shine upwards and downwards, which creates a double halo instead of a single point of light. With 5 W and a reach of 3 to 5 metres, the lighting stays soft and sufficient to accompany a hallway, a landing or a bedside. Warm white at 3000 K warms the scene in the evening, while cool white at 4000 K suits a circulation space better.
Mains power at 90-260 V and the IP20 rating make it suited to dry spaces, from the living room to the bedroom. Its reduced format means it can be fitted in pairs on either side of a mirror or a picture frame, to balance the wall composition. As the brightness is not adjustable, the intensity stays constant, a useful marker when you are after steady accent lighting.
