The ochre red of the SONUS brings a warm note that few fittings take on so openly. This metal wall sconce nonetheless stays very compact, which lets it colour the wall without crowding the composition. The earthy tone works well with raw wood, unbleached linen and white walls.
Its GU10 cap takes an LED of up to 10 W and covers a distance of 3 to 10 metres. The lighting concentrates rather than scatters, an advantage when highlighting a wall texture or an object. The bulb is not delivered with the fitting.
Reduced to 16 cm wide and 8 cm high, this model installs on its own above a unit or in a pair either side of a bed. Connection runs off the mains at 220-240 V, with IP20 protection that calls for a dry room. The screws and wall plugs remain your responsibility.
