MOVU: a volume of white marble cut for the light
Cut from marble, this addition to our wall sconces comes in 23 or 30 cm high by 22 cm wide. The white of the stone, run through with discreet veins, gives each unit a pattern of its own. The mass of the material contrasts with the lightness of the light it spreads.
The LED bulb with a G9 cap is supplied; the brightness is adjustable and the tone alternates between warm white 3000 K and cool white 4000 K, over a reach of 3 to 5 metres. The light escapes from the opening of the volume and lights the wall, gently rather than in a beam.
On a white wall, the piece blends into the decor and only reveals itself once switched on; against a dark background, it stands out as a pale block. Bedroom, living room or dining room: anywhere you want a low light and a straightforward material. An IP20 rating and a 90-260 V supply for dry interiors.
