VEBEHE: woven rattan in filtered light
The woven rattan of the VEBEHE lets the light through in fine stripes that draw across the wall. At 31 cm wide and 28.5 cm high, wall sconces like this one fill the field of view while keeping a lightness of material. Its brown tone warms up the pale walls typical of Scandinavian interiors.
An E27 cap takes a warm white LED at 3000 K, for lighting that reaches 3 to 5 metres. The bulb is chosen separately, according to the intensity wanted above a bed or a table. The AC supply accepts a range of 90 to 260 V, on a single light point.
Above a child's bed, the filtered light creates a night light soft enough for falling asleep. In a dining room, the natural fibre answers raw wood and undyed textiles. The IP20 rating means this fitting belongs in rooms without damp.
