GIHUZE wall sconce: an olive green vertical on the wall
Olive green brings a plant-like shade, muted and mineral, that completely changes how a fluted cylinder reads. The lacquered aluminium keeps a matt feel and the vertical grooves carve fine shadows over the 30 cm height. Coloured wall sconces of this kind behave as decorative objects in their own right, even when switched off.
The two opposing beams draw a luminous hourglass on the partition, towards the ceiling and towards the floor. The GU10 lampholders take LEDs up to 10 W, in warm white 3000K, whose amber tone warms the green of the GIHUZE. The light reaches from 3 to 10 metres, enough to animate a whole stretch of wall.
Combined with pale wood, linen or plants, the olive shade extends a natural palette. It also works as a contrast on a white wall, where it becomes a deliberate touch of colour. Intended for indoor use at IP20, it connects to a 220-240V supply.
