BUPOLE, an olive green cone: colour first, light second
The conical shade of BUPOLE is made of steel painted in a deep olive green, standing 30 cm high and 14 cm wide. The plant-like shade softens the industrial rigour of the form and the material. Among our wall sconces, this one speaks to those who prefer a colour they can commit to over a neutral metal.
The E14 cap takes an LED bulb of up to 10 W, to be chosen separately as it is not supplied with the fitting. The conical shape naturally narrows the beam and creates a clear lit zone rather than a uniform light. A warm white bulb at 3000 K carries on the warmth of the olive shade.
Above a reading chair, a desk or a hall console table, the olive green converses with pale woods and natural textiles. It is fitted at 220-240V on the domestic supply, with an IP20 rating intended for dry rooms. Screws and wall plugs are to be provided at your end.
