LOGUL wall sconce: a peach globe with enveloping light
The peach shade of this spherical model, one of our wall sconces, leans towards powdery peach, a soft colour that marries off-whites and pale woods. The ceramic gives it a matt, solid surface, very different from glass globes. Its 12 cm width and 16 cm height are enough to set a point of colour without repainting the wall.
Lit, the sphere behaves like a complete luminous surface and not like a directed spot, which softens the shadows. The G9 source, limited to 8 W in LED, produces a warm white at 3000K over a reach of 3 to 10 metres. The colouring of the ceramic warms the cast halo a little further still.
In a bedroom, it takes the place of a bedside lamp and leaves the table free. The IP44 rating also lets it join a ventilated bathroom, near the mirror. It connects at 220-240V on an 11 cm mounting plate, with fixings suited to the surface.
