VAHILE wall sconce: ceramic in a linear version
Ceramic gives this wall sconce a milky whiteness and a slightly satin surface that metal cannot reproduce. The rectangular body, 32.5 cm long, is closed at each end by glass diffusers. The whole remains sober, almost architectural, with a material that is pleasant to look at up close.
The lighting is bidirectional: the E27 lamp holder, designed for an LED of 15 W maximum, sends a 3000K warm white towards the ceiling and towards the floor. The glass softens the halo and avoids too hard a line of light on the render. The stated reach extends from 3 to 10 metres.
Its horizontal length balances a large expanse of bare wall, above a sofa or along a corridor. White ceramic suits a minimalist interior just as well as a warmer room where wood dominates. The IP20 rating designates it for dry spaces, away from wet rooms.
