KETILI: an off-white circle with four moods
Diffusing acrylic and metal make up a solid circle in a slightly creamy off-white, softer on the eye than a pure white. Three diameters, 20, 25 or 30 cm, let you adjust its presence on the wall, with a 10 cm mount. This simple, very photogenic shape sums up what we expect from contemporary wall sconces.
The bulb is included and the fitting offers four lighting modes at 3000 K, in addition to warm white and natural white. You move from a reading light to an ambient night light without changing fitting. The reach of 3 to 5 metres stays calibrated for a bedroom, a desk corner or an entrance.
The acrylic disc softens the beam and avoids contrast zones that are too marked on the wall. As a trio of different diameters it composes a wall constellation; on its own it acts as discreet punctuation above a bed. Designer, modern and Scandinavian at once, it runs on 90-260 V and is limited to dry rooms by its IP20 rating.
