MUDO: textured glass ringed in black
A glass disc 24 cm in diameter, worked on the surface, makes up the body of the light on its own. The black finish draws its outline and underlines the relief of the glass. These wall sconces take all their effect from the treatment of the material.
The 5 W LED is built in and offers a cool white at 4000 K as well as a warm white at 3000 K, with no variation in intensity. The texture of the glass breaks up the output and avoids too direct a point of light. Reach of 3 to 5 metres, bulb supplied, supply 90 to 260 V.
The low power calls for use as ambient lighting rather than as a main source. In a bedroom, the halo stays discreet enough for the end of an evening; the graphic circle, for its part, echoes art deco motifs. IP20, to be placed away from damp areas.
