MUPA, the Nordic-inspired beige cone: an enveloping light
This model brings together a stone base, a wooden arm and a conical shade in beige acrylic, which sets it apart from plainer wall sconces. The mix of the three materials gives a warm object, faithful to the Scandinavian vocabulary. Its 15 cm diameter and 20 cm height stay in scale with a bedroom wall.
The E27 cap comes with its LED bulb, offered in warm white 3000 K or cool white 4000 K depending on the atmosphere you want. The cone channels the flow downwards and lights up to 5 metres. It works as a reading light as much as an ambient source.
The minimalism of the design lets it sit alongside pale oak furniture as well as more muted tones. The 10 cm mounting plate hides behind the base once the fixing is complete. Supply from 90 to 260 V and an IP20 rating for use in dry interiors.
