Cut from wood, this piece of 25 cm across for 31 cm high occupies the wall as a small sculptural volume rather than as a simple point of light. Three finishes — black, white, grey — let it blend into the partition or stand out from it. It joins the family of wall sconces that put material before effect.
Five watts are enough here: the warm white light at 3000 K stays low in intensity and carries over 3 to 5 metres, which suits reading in bed or a hallway crossed in the evening. The bulb is supplied and the whole works as soon as it is fixed.
