Ceramic gives this piece a matt, deep material that the ultramarine blue brings out, setting it apart from most wall sconces. The volume, 16 cm wide by 12 cm high, is as much sculpture as light fitting. Nothing sticks out: the shape is enough in itself.
The G9 cap takes an LED bulb of 8 watts maximum, not supplied, on a 220-240V supply. A warm white 3000K makes the ceramic glow and carries up to 10 metres. The IP44 rating allows rooms where the air stays humid.
This saturated blue asserts itself on a white wall, a pale render or neutral tiling, in a minimalist and Scandinavian register. The 11 cm mount matches the frame of the body. Screws and wall plugs are not included, to be chosen according to the type of wall.
