PUKODI, a white fluted cylinder: relief as its only decoration
PUKODI stakes everything on texture: a white aluminium cylinder 12 cm wide, whose vertical flutes are the only motif. With no colour to draw the eye, it is the play of shadows in the relief that gives the fitting its character. Standing 10 cm high, this one fixes to an 8 cm mount and, unlike bolder wall sconces, almost disappears on a pale wall.
The G9 bulb is not delivered: allow 10 W at most to stay within the limits of the model. The white reflects the light rather than absorbing it, which widens the spread around the cylinder. A bulb at 3000 K keeps a warm atmosphere despite the pale finish.
In a Scandinavian bedroom, a minimalist office or a small entrance hall, tone on tone avoids weighing the decoration down. Several units can mark out a long wall without ever overloading it. The fitting connects at 220-240V, carries an IP20 rating and arrives without screws or wall plugs.
